Meet our yoga instructor
Adam began his journey with yoga 8 years ago under the advice of his physio. At the time he was working in a corporate environment and playing competitive rugby which was taking a toll on his body both physically and mentally and his physio believed yoga was a great method to help him reduce these stressful impacts.
The journey did not stop there, he continued to explore different forms of yoga over the next couple of years before he quit his job and headed off travelling around the world. What was meant to be a trip of a few months turned into the best part of 4 years exploring and developing as an individual and yoga practitioner. In 2016 whilst in India he completed his 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training in Vinyasa Flow, followed by training in Restorative Yoga.
With a passion for helping others live extraordinary lives through health and wellness, he wanted to further develop his understanding of the human body and movement which saw him train as a Master Personal Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness after which he completed his Fundamental Mat Pilates Instructor training.

Adam is a keen sportsman and adventurer with an ever growing list of triathlons, adventure races and extreme sports both under his belt and upcoming.
